Verminous Clearances generally require site visit prior to pricing we will clear anything but need to allow for specialised disposable PPE equipment needed in these instances.

Garden Clearance

All Garden Rubbish Clearance undertaken prices as shown on listing for full part loads we will also remove Sheds and Outbuildings & any Fencing if required which can Dismantle for an additional cost if required ring for quotation.

Office/Commercial Clearance

Will undertake most Clearance for Prices Listed if access difficult may incur additional charges and if loading provided by Client I will be able to offer a reduction in rate ring for price with details of what involved for best Price.

Fly Tipping

If you are a Landowner or a Council that has had the misfortune to have had rubbish dumped on your Property I can recover this and dispose of as per prices per load or part with the Proviso that I can reasonably access the dumped material and am able to load by Hand.

We do not handle amongst others Asbestos, Liquids, Plasterboard.

Carried at additional costs, TVs, Fridge/Freezers, Light Tubes.
